What do you need to start your plan?

Disposition

The success of my advice is that you are willing to learn and do your part, otherwise I will not be able to help you. (I could say that it is the most important point)

Time

You need to organize your day to day, to plan your meals and meet your goals, as well as have the time to train, in addition to having the time (5 minutes) once a week to send your report.

Access to the application

You will need a smartphone, tablet or computer to use the power control app. (You will receive a complete and simple tutorial)

Digital kitchen scale

You must weigh the foods you consume to pursue the diet goals I set for you at each stage.

Body scale and tape measure

You should take body weight daily on an empty stomach after going to the bathroom, to place it in your records and make an average, and once a week you will take body measurements with the tape measure.

Possibility of going to the gym or having minimal equipment

If you go to a gym, make sure it is the most complete one you can have available. If you are going to train at home or in a simple gym, at a minimum you will need dumbbells and/or resistance bands of different intensities.

Physical activity monitor

Smart watch that has daily steps counting, it should not be any specific brand, it should only have a step monitor and, if possible, aerobic activity monitor expressed in calories.
