Thinking about surgery?

I know that sometimes we crave quick solutions. We feel so overwhelmed by a problem that we don't want to face the long road ahead. Instead, we opt for a shortcut that initially seems promising but ultimately leads to disaster
TO THE POINT, even though you may undergo surgery, your brain, thoughts and habits are not going to change, which is why it is already a very bad idea.
On the other hand, your body is used to the amount of fat in the form of reserves that it has, by removing it abruptly and suddenly, your body will be HEALTHILY stressed and will basically feel mutilated, its fat reserves have been TAKEN AWAY.
This is science: when your adipose tissue is affected by surgery, it will initiate a metabolic process that will increase the number of alpha receptors in fat cells, which are responsible for storing fat, and decrease the number of beta receptors, which are responsible for fat breakdown.
Additionally, it initiates muscle catabolism (breakdown of muscle mass) to obtain energy as a period of imminent famine approaches.
These characteristics are also common in bariatric surgeries, such as stomach reduction, which can lead to a state of caloric restriction and reduced nutrient intake.
All of this, in short, causes a SERIOUS BLOW to your metabolism and overall body function, making it very difficult for you to maintain it later, and that is why in many cases the results are worse than the beginning.
IF EVEN WITH THIS VERY BRIEF EXPLANATION YOU DECIDE TO UNDERGO SURGERY, my most valuable advice is to make a preventive plan a couple of months before in order to better deal with these problems and not subject your body...
